    Enjoy your event without the stress. Simply set your dry till limit and our bar staff will manage this on the night with you or your chosen representative. Or the guests can pay for themselves, the choice is yours.

    Beverage table service

    $30 per hour per attendant
    Additional hours (over the 6 hour period) $30 per bar attendant

    If your function has fewer than 60 guests, an extra $30 per bar attendant, min 4 hours will be charged

    Sundays, public holidays and long weekends – Price on Application

    Chair Covers can be hired for an additional $3.50 per chair and need to be applied by hirer.

  • Payment of the venue hire charge will secure the booking. Until payment is made, the booking is not guaranteed. Tentative bookings will be held for two weeks. All efforts will be made to contact the client before a tentative booking is cancelled.

    If the booking is cancelled within three months of the function date, there will be no refund. For bookings cancelled more than three months from the function date, a 50% deposit will be retained by Hunter Warbirds.

    Bar and catering

    All catering to be provided by either our exclusive caterers or by negotiation.

    A deposit of 10% must be paid on acceptance of the quote provided from the chosen caterer and is non-refundable on cancellation.

    Date and price are guaranteed when the deposit is paid and booking form signed. Tentative bookings will be held for two weeks.

    Final numbers and catering paid in full to chosen caterer required five working days prior to the function.

    Full bar must be paid on the night or credit card will be charged the following business day. Hunter Warbirds accepts Bankcard, Mastercard, VISA, EFTPOS or cash.

    Bar requirements must be finalised two weeks prior to the function.

    Last drinks will be called at 11.30pm and patrons must vacate premises as instructed by staff.

  • All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at their own risk.

  • Any damages or additional cleaning costs (over and above normal function use) incurred will be the responsibility of the hirer.
